At Smiths Leisure Services we know about swimming pools. A family owned business, we were established in 1978.
We are based in Morecambe and we mainly cover the North of England. We pride ourselves in providing an excellent service to all our customers, whether they have a small pool in the garden or an Olympic sized commercial facility.
We install new swimming pools and offer a range of different installation options, or we can assist customers in self-build projects. We refurbish existing pools, re-lining or re-tiling them and our experienced, fully-qualified mechanical engineers can refurbish or replace pumps and filters and re-pipe systems so they work much more efficiently.
We offer commercial maintenance contracts, incorporating the entire leisure suite ( pool, spa, sauna & steam ) at very competitive rates, with no minimum call-out charges. We also offer domestic pool valet services, tailored to your needs, where we can carry out weekly or monthly service visits to test and dose your pool or spa for you.
We also supply, install and maintain all makes of Saunas, Steam Rooms and Spas (hot tubs) for both commercial and domestic use. We are authorised distributors in the area for Tylo saunas and the unique Emerald & Cygnus range of portable spas.
At our showroom in Morecambe, we carry stocks of all major pool chemicals, including the popular Bioguard, Bayrol (Bayroklar) and FiClor ranges. We are water treatment consultants and offer computerised water analysis reports. We have also introduced micro-biological water sampling and testing facilities for Pseudemonas, Coliforms and Total Count Bacteria. We are sole distributors of BIO-UV a revolutionary water sanitising system, suitable for both commercial and domestic applications.
We pride ourselves in our customer service and in building lasting relationships with our customers. We keep our customers informed of pool industry developments and Health and Safety matters via bulletins and we have a rolling programme of training days for commercial leisure personnel.
We are members of the Institute of Swimming Pool Engineers and SPATA (the Swimming Pool and Allied Trades Association) and are governed by the rules and regulations of this body, so you can be assured that you are dealing with a reputable company, with many satisfied customers to our credit.
